Apple Crisp

Ingredients
PAM cooking spray
3 medium Granny Smith or Braeburn apples, peeled, diced (about 3 cups)
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ C granola cereal (no fruit)
3 Tbsp firmly packed light brown sugar
2 Tbsp butter
Whipped cream topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Spray inside of 4 oven-safe mugs or 8 oz ramekins.
- Combine apples and cinnamon in small bowl; divide evenly among the ramekins.
- In same bowl, stir together granola, brown sugar, and butter. Spoon evenly over apples in ramekins.
- Bake 30 min or until golden.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
